famous harbor from our enlarged covered balcony. Phillips’ Paradise
II is a fully furnished, updated 1 bedroom 1 bath unit that sleeps 4
. It is adjacent to Phillips’ Paradise I which makes it great for
families/couples that want to be close to each other.
Phillip' Paradise I features a second floor
balcony unit with queen bed and queen sofa bed. Features
a fully furnished kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and
toaster oven. There is a TV in the master bedroom and a TV/VCR/DVD
player, stereo, cable TV in the living room. A calling card is
required for all long distance calls. Washer and dryers are at the
end of the building on the first level.
At Sandpiper Resort, you can enjoy sunning or swimming on 1,100 ft of
sugar white beach with chair/umbrella rentals available, volleyball,
restrooms and a covered food pavilion. You may drive to the
beachside parking lot or take a 5 minute walk to the beach.
FREE Sandpiper amenities include 24 hr. security service, large
covered picnic pavilion, 9 hole par 3 golf course, canal dock, boat
ramp, 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, BBQ grills at pools & beachside, 3 lighted
tennis courts and shuffle board. Other amenities include a beach snack
bar and popular on-site restaurant.
DESTIN AREA has waterfront, casual or fine dining restaurants, pro
designed golf courses, a large "Brand Name" discount mall, boutiques,
national stores, the largest deep sea fishing fleet in Florida, movie
theaters, bowling alley, water/amusement parks; some within walking
distance

Damage deposit will be returned within 2 weeks if no damage or
theft is found. Check-in: 5:00 P.M. Check-out 11:00 A.M. Long
