fully furnished, updated 1 bedroom 1 bath unit that
sleeps 4 . It is adjacent to Phillips’ Paradise II which makes it
great for families/couples that want to be close to each other.
Phillip' Paradise I features a second floor
balcony unit with queen bed and queen sofa bed.
Features a fully furnished kitchen,
dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster oven.
There is a TV in the master bedroom and a TV/VCR/DVD player, stereo,
cable TV in the living room. A calling card is required for all
long distance calls. Washer and dryers are at the end of the
building on the first level.
At Sandpiper Resort, you can enjoy sunning or swimming on 1,100 ft of sugar white beach
with chair/umbrella rentals available, volleyball, restrooms and a
covered food pavilion. You may drive to the
beachside parking lot or take a 5 minute walk to the beach.
FREE Sandpiper amenities include 24 hr. security service, large
covered picnic pavilion, 9 hole par 3 golf course, canal dock, boat
ramp, 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, BBQ grills at pools & beachside, 3 lighted
tennis courts and shuffle board. Other amenities include a beach snack
bar and popular on-site restaurant.
DESTIN AREA has waterfront, casual or fine dining restaurants, pro designed
golf courses, a large "Brand Name" discount mall, boutiques, national
stores, the largest deep sea fishing fleet in Florida, movie theaters,
bowling alley, water/amusement parks; some within walking distance
Sandpiper Cove is considered a BEST VALUE for the money with
activities galore.
